The ARRWIP team is collaborating with Brendan Saloner, PhD, of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, on this evaluation study examining the implementation and post-release outcomes of HB116 in Mayland which mandates all jails to assess for substance use and provide MOUD in custody.
